New baby, going to shed soon, and NOT eating

kailaya Oct 21, 2003 10:45 AM

I've only had this lil guy since saturday but supposedly he was a pig! He is going into shed, has a new home, and definatley won't take any food, no greens, no live crix, no dead crix, no worms, nothing! How long till I should worry.

tara

PS- he did poop the second day i had him. APpeared fine. He's pretty active and out. basks, and hangs around.

It may just take him a while to settle into his new home. He is probably a little stressed right now. Keep offering the crix and salad, etc and he may surprise you. Make sure your temps and set up is all correct. 100 - 110 basking spot (Not air temp) 80's on the cool end, etc. Try not to handle him very much and let him get used to things.
