if your talking about when you leave mealworms in there and they turn into beetles because they will basically have no nutrional value. If you were to gutload them, it may be ok, but I've heard they have a lot of chitin (or however you spell it) and it wouldn't be the best food to give them. From what I've heard it isn't a great idea, but I've never done it so I wouldn't know for sure.
