puffy black eye

during my weekly visit to the petshop i noticed this sick iguana ,,i barely know anything about iguanas,,im a snake keeper,,,but the iguana looked really thin and one of his eyes had black things on it, under the light the eye seems kind of red,,probably an infection maybe ,,,, i asked the guy who works there he said feel free to do anything about it,,,

can anyone help me save this poor iguana??
