It is when the Beardie will keep their head up as if they were looking at something high up. Nobody is sure of the cause and there is no apparent cure. I have had animals that outgrew it.

it's when they get depressed, and wonder what their life is for, and why they are alive, and what they're doing here. Why they are confined to a glass box, only to be fed when "lord" feeds them (you). Their days pass tediously, the only excitement they get is coming out of the glass box, or having something to chase after, or "breeding". I would suggest polaroids of their brothers and sisters, walks in the park, conversations, dinner, etc.
