Question for Rich Crowley...

Blue_Fox Oct 21, 2003 06:28 PM

...About the picture you posted of a "pile" of three Borneo Blood pythons. Are they all yours? (They're adorable snakes!) Do they represent three different (rare) color phases of Borneos, or do Borneos (like Sumatrans) just come in a wide range of natural colors? (I really like the one in the middle...)

Thanks,
-----

The picture is a sampling of my collection of P. breitensteini. The animals are:
The light colored borneo on the bottom is a VPI bred female.
The dark walnut colored on the top left hand side is a large male borneo natural or dark phase (whatever you want to call it).
The golden/rust colored center animal is a female sarawak.
Currently all are P. breitensteini and I thought to share a picture of the different phases of the more common types. If you visit VPI.com, they have many other morphs.

I was wondering if the marbles were a natural phase or not?
And VPI has some incredible phases... beautiful animals.
