which frog would be more aggressive towards feeding and moving around. I do know that pacmans sit and wait for the food o come to them, but would the african bullfrog hunt down, or chase the bugs,or mice to catch them?

do the african bullfrogs burrow to also i was wondering!

I've kept Ornate Horns and currently keep pixies, and in my opinion the pixie is WAY more agressive. My experience has been that Ornates sit and wait, hardly moving around anywhere, while pixies actually chase their food, hopping around the entire enclosure until it's captured it's prey. My Ornates barely moved, even if the food was right in front of them. Every frog of either species will be different of course, but it's fair to say that both species CAN be aggressive, but pixies are definately the more aggessive (at least as juvies).

i have to say that my bullfrog is def. more aggresive than my horned frog. he is full grown and still will hop after what he wants to eat. my horned frogs were more aggr. as juvis. but have settled down as they have gotten bigger.

Yes the African Bullfrog will burrow down into the soil. In the wild they only come out from the ground during the rain season for 3 months. To eat and breed, then they go back underground for the remaining 9 months. And yes they are more aggressive, and will chase prey if its not in striking distance. Also, keep in mind that when they reach a large size, they have a pair of so called "teeth" and trust me, it dosnt feel good. But it was nothing to cry about.
