Antivenom

Is it possible to purchase antivenom for personal use? I was hopeing to buy a vial or two of eastern diamondback antivenom. If anybody hade any information I would greatly appreciate it.

It's possible. However antivenom for US pit vipers (Crofab or Wyeth) is both expensive and in short supply. Also, one or two vials probably wouldn't be enough to make much of a difference, even with a small snake. Most people recommend 10 or 15, which is more AV than my car is worth.
