Tropic Aire Humidifier and Air Exchanger?

Has anyone ever used one of these it's in the Dr.'s Foster Smith catalog? I was wondering if it was woth the money.

i use the tropic air to keep the humity in my pygmy's aquarium above 90% relative humity. the only key to getting it to work right is useing the strongest air pump you can get your hands on. i recommend using a pump for 55 gallon aquarium or bigger.
