My dragons stomach is a bit big, and he wont eat...His stool is smaller then regular...and he drinks water..

Bloating can also be caused by parasites..
A dragon can still poop in some case while impacted. Standard procedure for impaction is warm soaks (baby bath temp) and a couple drops of mineral oil by mouth.
Either way, it sounds like your beardie needs to see a vet. Don't delay, dragons go downhill very fast.
