I want to thank everyone who posted in response to my concerns about UPS regulations yesterday. I made my first shipments of geckos yesterday and both packages have arrived, I have heard from one buyer who confirmed that all three geckos I sent arrived in good shape with no problems, the other package arrived at 9am according to UPS tracking. I haven't heard from that buyer yet but I have no reason to believe anything went wrong there either.

I had researched the packing and shipping pretty extensively (thanks also to all those who responded to my inquiries and questions about shipping in months past) and was sending under the optimal conditions possible (UPS priority next day service, delivered to UPS store late in day, mild weather, insulated herp boxes, insulated heat packs, air holes), but it was still a little nervewracking just because I hadn't shipped leos before...I worried about my "kids". I'm very happy that they are safely at their new homes!

Thanks to everyone who shared their expertise and knowledge with me. This forum is the greatest. And the Kingsnake classifieds are great too!

I just wabt to say THANK YOU SO MUCH for the 3 beautiful geckos that arrived today! The male is lounging around and is very friendly. He looks a bit tired. The 2 females are quite active and cant sit still! LOL I am in LOVE with them. They are very beautiful! I cannot wait to start my breeding project with them in 2004!!!

I will be posting pics this week of the geckos that I got from Sarah. Maybe later tonight or sometime tomorrow, so everyone please keep your eye out for pics!!!

Sarah is a great person to deal with and is very nice! She took the time to write me long lenghty emails about the trio I got from her and told me all about their genetics. If anyone has been considering buying geckos from Sarah, do so with confidence! Her geckos are beautiful and she's a wonderful friend to have! I hope to do business with her again in 2004!

CHARITY GECKO!!

Just heard from my other buyer, looks like the gecko was outside for about 9 hours, but I had packed with a heat pack and an insulated box, and the weather is reasonably mild now, am told the gecko is just fine.

I am happy and relieved that my geckos are okay and my customers are all happy!
