When are you guys planning on hibernating your tortoises?

Hi if any of your guys hibernate your animals when do you guys plan on doing it and breeding them if you guys could give me like dates or months it would help out and how you do it I have an adult pair of eastern Herman's and I was planning on doing it with my snakes. And I live in south Florida.thanks

Can't speak to Florida, but here in Minneapolis our Russian breeding group all hit the fridge today. I'll "thaw them out" in late January as usual.
