Pituophis have as a rule four prefrontal scales. The exception being the Baja Bulls . deppi and linocolus (forgive spelling I'm too tired to look it up)have two...like your snake. The other choice is a hybrid. Frank

I would agree. Looks like deppei (is that how you spell it?). Mexican bulls, mexican pines, baja bulls. All the same thing. Andy

This was posted on the pit forum but not with these pictures. We were arguing whether it was a rat snake or a fox snake over there. lol We have an excuse, the pics were terrible. These are much better and it probably is a deppei.

A quick look at where this was entered from, Mexico, Entered from host-148-244-206-251.block.alestra.net.mx at 148.244.206.251, would also seem to support this.

I bought 2 of these snakes (male and female) from a guy who has a pair of albino Milksnakes and a whole range of other animals.

I am from England but am living here in Aguascalientes at the moment where i bought my snakes

Still not 100% sure what type of snake they are although many people have told me they could be Hybrids or Deppi ??

Thanks for your time and if you have anymore info please contact me (calvo25@hotmail.com)

or in the forums as usual

Thanks Andy
