Black scales??

Hi, I recently rescued 2 adult males.
One of them has black forelimbs up to his elbows and
tends to be browner than the other, more dominant Dragon.
I'm sure he is browner cause of the dominance, but I'm
not sure why his forelimbs are black.
Can anyone help?
