Bumps on eye lids?

As you probably already know from reading my previous posts, I have two sick uro's. My female, Maya, has been showing signs of a respiratory illness (pneumonia) for a few days now. Just yesterday I noticed that she was opening and closing the inner membrane of her eyes. That inner membrane was red and looked irritated. Then I noticed that there was some bumps or growths on her eye lids - both sides. Doug Dix thinks there might be something irritating her eyes. We are keeping her on the same substrate that Doug uses - millet. There are no odors or fumes in her cage. This is quite the mystery. Has anyone experienced this before?
