Eggs can take a wide variety of days to hatch... most range from 58 to 72 days but can take longer or shorter depending on your temps, humidity, and dragon genetics.
Once they hatch I'd take them out and place them in another container with moist paper towels and leave it inside the incubator for a few days until they start running around and gaining strength.
Yes, you def want air holes for any container that you use for the hatchlings.
