how many times a day should i use calcium and vitamin dusting? once a day? mix them? or do one feeding dusted with calcium one with vitamin? everyday? someone?

depends on the age of your dragon.. good rule of thumb is daily dustings of something like Rep-Cal and once a week with vitamins like Herptivite for babies. As they get older it decreases.
For adults I would say once or twice a week with the Rep-Cal and maybe once or twice a month with the Herptivite would be good.

If you want to take the guess work out of supplementing, pick up a bottle of t-rex BD ICB(insect cricket balancer). Use it daily without any fear of overuse. It is more like a complete food that you dust onto the crix, complete with macro and micro nutrients. There is also a two veggie formulas, one for growing dragons and another for adults.
