Dean, Pulatus et al,
I respect you & your efforts as well as those of everyone else here. I've learned much from you all regarding the great american snake!
Guys, don't get me wrong, I'm not against conservation; and I don't want to fight with any of you.
I don't agree with everything that President Bush does (If we're honest, we must admit that there is noone out there that any of us can agree with on every issue)but, I believe he is a great man & president who has done some great things for our nation & world & it gets me fired up when I hear him being talked about like he's Hitler.
I believe we SHOULD protect habitat, especially that of our beloved indigos. However, I am very cautious about what groups I would be willing to give my money & support to. I am also a hunter & love to shoot my guns but, I don't support the NRA (which everyone knows is a conservetive group) because I don't believe they have my best interest at heart.
It was not my intention to imply that all liberals are liars or athiests (perhaps anti-thiests would be more descriptive). However, I do believe that is the case with the vast majority of the liberal leadership, and for that belief I make no apologies.
Speaking of athiests. Dean, re: your quote of mr. Sagan, I would rather quote Esther 4:14 which says: For if you remain silent at this time...
... you have come to royal position for such a time as this.
