We have a spec. caimen that's 12", he has been eating well on a diet of minnows, goldfish, mice and the ocasional cricket. I was cleaning his enclosure yesterday and noticed that he was swimming oddly, similar to a fancy goldfish with swim blatter disease. He is still quite aggresive and his weight is good along with skin, mouth and cloaca are clean and not swollen. We tried to get some greens in him to no success. We have increased the basking temperature in his enclosure and we have raised his water temp. slightly since we noticed the problem. Any help would really be appretiated. Thanks alot.
