Breeding season is in late spring usually...but the price all depends on where you get it and what it is.

If you get it from a pet store you will be ripped off. Pet stores usually put on sales later...after the summer and it's still a rip off. Go to a good breeder who will sell you quality at a good price.

The price also depends on what color morph or patterns the dragon has...a normal baby usually runs for about 30-35 dollars american funds.

Some babies will be cheapest when they are plentiful and there is a lot of competition (starting in the spring) Other good buys can be had at the end of the season if you don't mind leftovers. All the Beardies that did not sell that need to be moved out to make room for the next years babies. There is also a point of deminishing return where a breeder is paying to feed and house an animal and it is money he won't get back so its best to move the animal out at a good price.
