How long, after copulation, should laying box be put in enclosure?

I think it's a better idea to take the female out and place her into a separate egg laying box like a large rubbermaid container.. however, regardless of that normally dragons lay 3 - 4 weeks after copulation... you'll more then likely see your female running around scratching and digging at the tank and decorations.. that's a good sign to know when she's ready. If after 4 weeks or so and she doesn't do the scratching but you can visibly see the swelling and feel the eggs in her belly, I would introduce her to the egg laying box once every couple of days until she lays. Very important she lays the eggs.
