Found some mucus.

sandfireman Oct 24, 2003 10:04 PM

Hey guys, whats up. I just recently posted here on my new but sick baby ball python. I am pretty sure it has an upper respitory infection, Any way, today I came home and found him with his mouth slightly open and a pretty good size luggy on the glass. Sometimes when people have colds at the very end when its getting better they start hacking up flem and stuff to get the final bacteria out. Is this true with snakes or is mine just getting worse? I'll probally just give it one more day and then take him to a vet. Well thanx again, chris

If he's got mucus coming up, a trip to the vet is in order.

yes. take him to a vet. ask your mom or dad for a few extra bills (30$ or so) in case you dont have enough. while you are there you can get a Fecal, and total exam. including probing. to determine the sex.
