that would be Crotaphytus nebrius, or the Sonoran Collared Lizard. A relatively unknown but interesting species native to the Sonoran Desert region of southwestern Arizona and Sonora, Mexico... Successful propagation of C. nebrius in captivity is being done, but probably in rather small numbers...
