is a reptarium an ok enclosure for frillies? Anybody use them?
I know that theyre cheap, easy to clean and tall, so they seem ok, right?

I don't like them personally. They don't hold heat and they're dark (so you need a lot of lighting to brighten it up). Frilleds would probably lose a lot of snagged nails in the screen also.
I just built a 2'x2'x4' cage for about $40 w/pressure treated 2x2's and pre-cut 2'x4' boards. I also have a 4'x4'x2' that was only about $60. Your best bet is to build your own. I attached a pic of the $60 cage and the $40 one is the same, but 1/2 the width.

I am building two cages that are 60" hight X 36" wide X 38" deep. They have cost me about $50 each, plus about two days work. I will post pics as soon as I can get the stupid pictures on the computer. My program for loading the pics from my camra is all screwed up!
I think pressure treated wood is treated with cynide (not sure of spelling) Don't know if has any effects on reptiles

I have my female in one, it seems to work ok. She doesn't seems to have much of a problem moving around or getting a nail suck. You will need at least a couple of lights to keep up the heat though.
I wish I got a picture, but once she managed to crawl upsidedown across the ceiling.
