The question is simple. Can these species be mixed together??
Very simply... No
It's never a good idea to mix species. They often require different care, grow to different sizes, require different food sizes and can exchange harmful parasites. Not to mention that they can stress each other out. Even if they are together in the wild, at least there they have the chance to move away from eachother. In captivity they don't have that opportunity.
Are you talking about American green tree frogs or Australian (White's or Dumpy tree frogs) *IF* you are talking about a White's tree frog then definitely NO because the White's will get large enough in adulthood to actually eat the other.
Also keep in mind that ALL frogs and toads are toxic as well. Even if just a little. Those toxins are a defence and if stressed by the other animal in the tank, they will release this toxin which can make the other frog ill or even kill it.
So, basically, it's just best to house them separately

No, they can't be mixed... not only should you never mix, but they live in very different places and will, therefor, need different keeping conditions in captivity.
