If I were to use a sweater or sterilite box for housing a borneo, How would i light it. Don't Borneos need a photic period of light, 12 hours of light, and 12 hours of dark. I never hear of anybody using light in their sweater boxes. How do you put them in and what could I use.

If its a translucent sweater box then you dont need any light, unless your in a sealed area. Blood pythons always sleep in the day (and night for that matter) so even if it was always dark I dont think it would stress the snake out. I have tiny form-fitting hide boxes for my blood and it refuses to use them. It only likes to burrow into the substrate.
