Fat bulges

OK, I know that some leopards get fat bulges, but I have a half grown gecko who has them. Does this sound normal? I know I am probably being paranoid but I am kind of worried about this girl. She has huge fat bulges and loose skin under her neck. Well if anyone has heard if this is normal or not I would appreciate it.
