Building a Habitat

i'm thinkig of building a habitat for my male water dragon, Tiamat, and i plan on using my closet for it. The dimensions are 3'deep, 3'wide' and 7'tall. Do you guys have any suggestions or comments on lighting and any general ideas?

You can get really cheap light fixtures for flouresant fixtures at either walmart or home depot...don't buy the pet store crap it'll cost you a fortune...5 times as much!
