Birth Defect???

One of my baby leos that hatched out has backwards legs it looks like. I dont know how this could have happened my incubator always stayed at a constant temp. He has a real hard time walking around. Should i put him to sleep, i dont want him to suffer but if there is any other alternative please let me know.
