Gutload food, do you guys use this stuff?

jrbl Oct 25, 2003 04:47 PM

I have been thinking about getting the gutload food from cricketfood.com. Do any of you use this? It sounds like good stuff, but I wanted to see if anyone else was using it. I think it would be eaisier than making my own gutload, and it has way more ingredients than something I would make. I was just curious to see if anyome used it. Thanks, jrbl

You can use fruits and veggies which is probably cheaper than buying gutload.
I toss in oranges and apples occasionally but the balance is chick feed.
Some say its not good but of course i dispute that and have healthy animals to show.
I dust crix (95% of their food) and toss them in food bowl and have yet to have a ill chameleon.

I currently use cricketfood.com for my gutload. The crix love that stuff... plus we don't have nearly as big of a die off as we used to. That alone was enough to convince me to stop using the flukers. I still use the cricket quenchers, but alternate between that and oranges

I use cricketfood.com gutload and highly recommend it. It really saves a lot of work compared to the adcham recipe and I don't think it's that expensive - especially considering how good it is. Very fresh ingredients too.
