Why not use a translucent shoe box filled with moist soil for your tigers? That is exactly what they belong in anyway, anything more would be inappropriate.

I strongly recommend calling all your local pet stores and asking around for the lowest price. i called about 10 stores and it only took about 10 minutes. petco wanted $90 for a 55-gallon tank, and i got the same talnk at a local shop for $50. so try calling around! another suggestion is, you can construct your own tanks if you read up on the tanks/cages forum; all you need is plexiglass, some wood, and silicon gel.
