Juvi Leo Showing Some Great Color

hicksonj Oct 26, 2003 12:06 AM

This little guy was a petco leo (i know... i know), but when I walked in and saw that he was only $15 I knew I had to have him. I bought him about 6 months ago and his color keeps getting oranger and his dark spots keep disappearing. Anyone want to venture a guess at his morph and price if I was to buy him from a breeder?

make sure there is NO coccidia.. I work at petco, and all of our babies have it.

Wow, that looks almost identical to my leo from PetCo, Ron, when she was that age. Ron is about 8 months old now and gained SO much color. Also, Ron has a stripe down her back, but it doesn't really continue pass the base of the tail so she's not quite a striped. She has great tang coloration on her tail now though! That is surely a hypo tang, like mine. I don't know if mine is considered a carrot tail though.. I will post new pics of Ron and Raine soon though! GOOD FIND!!
