hatching question

i have had my beardy eggs in the incubator for 59 days and today i took a flash light to the egg and saw most of them moving around. does that mean they are ready to hatch

No, it just means they're alive.
But they could hatch at any time from here on.
Hatching signs are that the egg may sweat and get darker spots on it. Some eggs also collapse before hatching (mine didn't).
