tapole question

hi all,
recently,i have a clutch of azureus egg.and they all develope normal only one tapole seen like the stomache had expend larger and container extra fluid.when they all hatch ,i put it in a cup of water and see how it go.will this tapole survive? and what make the tapole like that?

Ive seen that in my newly hatched tads before. It went away in about a week. They morphed out just fine.
