What are concrete primer? and do you just mix all 3 with peat and coconut beddings and then form a landscape using that or use dow first to make your landscape and then apply the the mixture?

I am not sure about your other question but as far as the background I have kept it plain (my first setup. Kept it on the easy side) and for my second one that I am making I used cork bark. I like the cork bark it adds a lot of character.
Hope this helps.

Hey
The concrete primer peat mixture is a background, not a substrate. For a good substrate u could use coco bedding.

I am currently working on a 75 gal dart frog enclosure, this sounds like a great background material, my question is, is it easy to remove if i decide i want to change the viv? also, will this adhere straight to the glass, or will i need to put silicone across my backwall to help it stick? Thanks for the help!

Use DOW expanding foam to adhere to the glass and then spackle the "mud" to the foam...the foam also enables you to creat hills and valleys along the back
