Of male and female cloaca and spurs? I know this is not a reliable sexing method but I haven't been able to find any ball comparison pics and I have searched the whole WWW, LOL.

If you go to Hillary Webb's website (http://www.captivebredpythons.com/normalball.htm, to be more specific) and scroll down to the bottom of that linked page, then you should see some good comparison pics (labeled, even!).

You can format your posts and signature using BBCode. Here are some common examples:
