175 gallon Reptarium suitable for housing 4 TOKAYS?!

reptileman26 Oct 26, 2003 05:04 PM

Im planning on getting a 175 gallon Reptarium and building a wooden (or plastic) closet type base around it.I plan on leaving the front of the reptaruim open and just having the wood cover the back sides and top.Im gonna leave about a foot and a half at the top to fit the light fixtures.I was wondering if anyone has tried this or something similar and if it would keep in the moisture? any advice or experience with doing something like this would be great. THANKS sorry so long

The tokays won´t liek to climb on the mesh. Its not a prefered surface.
Ohterwise the idea of a tnak of this size is fine. Anyhow, if you are familiar with small cages, 175g may sound big. But for adult tokays its not huge. So I would dare to put in 1,2 Tokays max.

Hope that helps
