Should I give my tegu calcium w/ or w/out PHOSPHORUS?

It depends what you are feeding him, but if he eats what most tegus should eat (mostly meat/insects), he needs calcium 2:0 (no phosphorus). 2:0 is for reptiles whose diet contains large amounts of mice, crickets, mealworms, etc. Those items are already high in phosphorus. Animals fed small amounts of those items would need vitamins with phosphorus (2:1).

i mostly feed him superworms and ground turkey.

You should use the 2:0 (no phosphorus).
