Do you have the paste or powder form?
With the paste, you should just be able to use it through an oral syringe and place the drop inside your geckos mouth (not on his lips).
With the powder, you need to put powder in the syringe with a few drops of water. Then, gently shake up the water and powder (being very careful not to let any spill out of the syringe) and then place a drop in your gecko's mouth. Ask your vet how often to administer it.
