I wouldn't do it because, they'll probably eat it. It may not be toxic, but I'm sure it's not really good for them. Even with silk plants, they may try to eat it.
Here's a site to check on toxicity. If you don't find what you are looking for here, do a search on nontoxic plants.

Now, I don't remember exactly where( it was about 20 years ago ), and it may be one of those myths, but I recall reading somewhere that at least some birds can eat arsenic without suffering any ill effects. Which is not a trick that us humans, or any reptiles that I'm aware of, can do.
Will some of the "bird people" here take a shot at this one please?
Thanks.

wander in here not to treat their BDs like gekos, tegus, iguanas, etc... "But my *fill in the blank* does/doesn't need that, and it's a lizard! Why can't I do the same thing with a beardie???"
Sound familiar?
Yes, *I* know how much reptiles and birds have in common, but I also know how much difference there is between them too.
What I don't know is exactly what plants or substances are harmful to both, and which are harmful to one, but not the other. I have seen birds around here eat things that I know would kill a BD, and keep right on flying. ( Polk berrys come to mind. ) And most of us here know that nuts and seeds are off the menu for dragons as well.
However... It also wouldn't surprize me to see some putz post a pic of a beardie sitting in a nest built of pine needles, with a big bowl of bird seed in front of it, wondering why it isn't doing too well, either...
So you'll just have to pardon me for pointing out that a site relates to birds, and that there are biochemical differences in the digestive processes of birds and reptiles that might need to be considered. Better safe than sorry, after all.
