? about feeding baby beardeds

can you feed baby super worms to baby dragons would that be the same as feeding them crickets or do you have to feed crickets .y i am asking is every time i order crickets it seems like alot of them are dead when i get them and i dont have that problem with super worms .the dragons are about a month old well thanks

No I would not use baby supers in place of crix. Try ordering from reptilefood.com and do it overnight and they should be fine when they arrive. If it is real cold by you, it may take a couple hours of warmth for them to liven up. Chris

JoelR has raised his recent clutches of dragons without crickets. The male & female that I bought from him continue to do will in my care on greens, veggies, pellets & 3 baby superworms (about 3/4 inch long & the diameter of a piece of Angelhair pasta) twice daily. They are also given a baby wax worm twice weekly, as well. The bugs are always eaten first from their dishes so they are dusted with calcium & vitamins ensuring the intake of those important substances.
You are right....it's MUCH less of a hassle than crickets!
