I just bought my first ball a couple of months ago from a reptile show. The vendor said he breeded them and that I was buying a female. She is about two to two and a half feet long now and I noticed ticks under her scales. I cleaned with alcohol and slowly removed them by the head. Now, I notice raised bumps under her scales around the back neck region. Anyone know what this is? She is eating fine. Temp is about 85 degrees in cage. She is having a bowel movement soon after she eats so that looks fine. One other question, she has not shed since I got her. Since she is young, does it take a while for them to have their first shed? Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
