i think either one of them would be fine. leos can't see red light so it won't bother them at all. i use the red light bulb myself~

I use black lights for a year now. My bulb just died away, went to the petshop and no 75W black lights, they should order somes in few days.

Saw red bulb for sale, so I thought it could be a change to get some red light in the room !

Did not know that gecko couldn't see the red light, is it the same for the mauvish radiant light from the black light ?

If they do not perceive red, they seems to perceive really well the yellow. Each time something yellow pass before the terrarium's window my gecko is attracting by it.

anyway, thanks for the info !
