I have a 30L tank with one male and one female. The female laid 2 clutches and has stopped now for the season (i think). Could she lay more eggs anytime now, or not untill next season?

if it is her first year to breed she could only lay two clutches. chances are even if it is, she will still lay at least one or two more though. she might be however getting close to the end of her season and they ternd to slow down a bit spitting out the eggs LOL just keep her nest box in there til you know for sure she is done laying
