I have never personally purchased direct from Ben Siegel. Although, I tried to sell him one of my boas and he gracefully declined. He has a very solid reputation and to my knowledge doesn't misrepresent any of his animals.

I have done business with ben on several occasions, and I must say that he is one of the nicest guys in the industry. Despite being swamped down with customers at shows, he still takes the time to answer your questions. All of his animals are top notch.. he only sells healthy and alert animals. YOu won't be dissapointed doing business with him.

I purchased a tegu from him a year and a half ago. I must say that Ben was great to work with answered all of my annoying emails and on top of that i got a great animal that was even sexed. Just great service.

Sincerely,
Will

The animal was bought from FR and the owner didnt care for him properly so he was still 18 inches at a year and a half old. Ben recieved him in trade as a female and I ordered him for my friend. The animal in that case was beautiful, but was sent without heat packs and was cold, he is a healthy friendly, dominant male WT and growing fine. The animal was in nice shape fed good when he showed with no mites or problems so my experience was positive. Just ask for heat packs..

I'll agree with everyone else. Ben's shop is right down from the street from me and I buy all my feeders there as well as several animals. All his animals are top notch as is his service. I would recommend buying from him without hesitation. Below is the Water I got from him last month.

I have ordered ornate uromastyx from Ben, the animals are perfect, exactly what I asked for, excellent health and a great price. I would not hesitate to buy from Ben.

When I first glanced at your little one, it appeared to be a Timor!! Its got a really dainty head, and its spots are smaller than the salvators Im used to seeing!
I definitely took a double take on that one!!

Not mad of course. That one stood out among the others because of the tiny spots and overall darker color. I haven't seen any others with quite the same pattern. It was also the smallest of the bunch, but at the same time appeared to be the most confident, personable and active and was chowing down on a plate of cat food (gets only rodents now) while I watched. I kept an eye on that one for a week or so (I'm in Ben's shop at least 2x per week) and decided I just couldn't pass it up since I was looking for a Water anyway! So far, it's been the absolute best monitor I've ever owned and has been a joy! I'm hoping he/she stays a little smaller overall, but it's not looking so good - it's grown around 4" in the month I've had it on a steady diet of f/t fuzzies.

Purchased a beautiful water about a month ago. Healthy, friendly, and I've never been bit. Cool store too.

Highly recommended.
