The weather in South Texas was nice today so I thought I'd go out and feed the mosquitoes. They are out in biblical proportions right now..anyway, I did find some things. All of these were in Dimmit County Texas in the middle of no where. Here are a few of the things I saw today..

Little green sucker sittin on the edge of the Rio Grande River. This little gut was the fourth Bullfrog I tried to shoot, they just aren't very cooperative.

I know, these aren't herps but I did catch these guys heading South towards the Rio Grande trying to avoid us gringos for Thanksgiving. So it's a scientific fact now. Turkeys have evolved to migrate into mexico during the thanksgiving season. Ben Franklin was right, they are smart....
