i bought a mexican black kingsnake last month. its been eating regulary and never refuses a meal. however, everytime i handle the snake, the cloaca would open and some sort of clear fluid would come out. on some occasion some there even was some white stuff with it. is it a parasite or a gastro intestinal problem? please advise... thank you

This is something that all kingsnakes (actually most snakes) do or are at least capable of. It's called musking and they do it as a defense mechanism. It should eventually stop doing that as it gets used to being handles.

Just kidding, sounds like he is musking you. I'm surprised you didn't mention the smell! It's a typical defense mechanism. Just handle him gently and consistently and he will probably get over it. Have fun with all that.
