1. Where can i buy cheap but healthy normal phase corn snakes?
Normal corns go for around 20$ and up, you can get healthy ones at any of the sponsors of this forum, or at a herp show in your area. Some small pet stores are okay, but I will stress only SOME are okay. Or I have two snow het normals still waiting for homes if your in the twin cities area of MN
2. How often do babies eat and what size pinkeys? Same question for adult snakes?
Hatchlings eat day old pinks, usually once a week, the feeding schedule varies, some feed every 5 days, but I've never fed more than once a week. The size of food grows with the snake, and my adult corn is eating weanling rats.
3. I am intrested in breeding them as a fun hobby/learning experience. Do they need to be cycled? (i breed leopard geckos they dont need to be) so any info on this would be greatly apriciated.
By cycled do you mean hibernating? some do hibernate their breeders, I bred mine last year with no hibernation (brumation) at all and she gave me a clutch of 15 eggs.
4. What is the avg. age/weight when corns can start being bred?
Age is around 3 years, some males can start at two if they are large enough, but for females it's safer to wait the extra year. Size is a more acurate way to tell if they are old enough, and I'm afraid I don't remember the grams they should be, but I believe it's over 300. (someone will correct me if I'm wrong I'm sure.)
5. Last question i sware!! What is the avg. clutch size for healthy corns?
Average is somewhere between 7 and 20? LOL My snows first clutch was 15. I've seen some people have as few as 7 eggs, and heard of others with near 30. I think the 15 was a good size clutch though.
A great resource for you to read before starting would be The Cornsnake Manual by Bill and Kathy Love. It's in pet stores, at their website www.corn-utopia.com and on places like amazon. A great book to have when starting!
