My name is Matt. After finding nothing about tokays online I have finally stumbled accross this forum. I have 1 tokay and a juvineil bearded dragon. Anyone know if the tokays will eat frozen pinkys? Mine currently nabs all the live ones with out a problem but its getting harder to find live pinkies at the pet stores. Problem is, he wont go after the crickets. I am also planning on moving permanently to the Netherlands. Does anyone know customs regulations by any chance or ever flown with their lizards. And to Ingo, once I move I'd like to build a suitable cage for the Tokay. I was wondering if you could share you cage design with me.

My adult male tokay eats frozen tokays. You have to make sure the pinke is compltley thawed out, to thaw just put on plate and let it sit for a least 6 hours.

Hi,

if you let him time, he will also eat crickets. Major food source for my tokays are threes species of roaches I breed. The big Blaberus ones are significantly bigger htan Pinkies and EASY to breed.eeing them move. So you may try feeding with foreceps.
Hers one of my enclosures which hold tokays. I do not have Pics of the others online. This one is the biggest.
So for adult tokays I currently have tanks of 770g, 440 g and one 200g.
