I'm looking to get back into monitors and am interested in varanus melinus. I have heardread many varying opinions. I would like to hear from anyone who has experience with these monitors. Adult size, temperment, diet, substrate, etc. Thanks.

Due to that flaw in how his lights were set up. Not a flaw really, more like an oversight. I guess everyone can learn from him. When constructing an enclosure, make sure that monitors can only get into spots that YOU want them too, because if you don't, they will be monitors and squeeze themselves into every nook and/or cranny.
Very happy for him that he found them, but i do think he needs to goto meetings for bi-polar disorder.
