Scrubbing ym babies shells

Ok, to me it looks like my babies shells are shedding as like skin is floating around off it,...YUCK!

With a soft toothbrush should I scrub it off, or shall I just leave it?

Oh and my turtles are little vultures now, beefheart, cuttlebone, and turtle pellets so far! They aren't interested in the guppies at all!!!!!!!!!
